Review:
SEX AND THE SINGLE VAMP is Robin Covington’s first attempt at the paranormal!  As you know, her contemporaries are very steamy and this novel sizzles right off the charts!  Deacon and CiCi have known each other for years, make that hundreds of years!  Deacon is an ancient vampire that happened to fall in love with CiCi while she was human and turned her at her dying father’s request.  Only thing, he never told her that he is her Maker! 

Our dear CiCi is a romantic at heart and opens a dating agency in present time, so that humans can meet “Supernatural” beings and maybe find love!  Yes, a little naïve, but her heart is in the right place.  Deacon is the opposite of a romantic.  He doesn’t believe in long term relationships, because well, the humans are going to die!  Deacon has kept tabs on the beautiful CiCi throughout the years and when she comes to him for a favor, he is ready to pounce.  Her business is being targeted and her clients are being murdered.  Deacon will protect CiCi and find the killers on one condition.  He wants her in his bed!  She counters with the demand that she wants to know her Maker! 

What follows are some very steamy scenes, a hunt for a killer and a witch’s spell that makes CiCi human again.  Will Deacon sacrifice himself to counteract the spell?  The story is action packed and has some great secondary characters, including shifters and a powerful Fae.  This novel is both naughty and very nice!  I’m rooting for our vampire couple that must decide what love means to them and get over some century old misunderstandings!  I hope you enjoy this great read!
