Description:
Amara Maria Robles is a good girl. So good that she gave up her dreams of becoming a renowned pastry chef to help her parents with their struggling Mexican bakery. Yet her parents reject any changes she suggests, and refuse to sell her mouth-watering confections. Clearly being a good girl isn’t paying off. So when her brother’s sexy ex-best friend walks into the bakery, Amara’s tempted to be very bad indeed…

After a scandal twelve years ago, resident bad boy Eric Valencia has returned to make things right with his family and friends. One glance at Amara and her wicked curves, however, and Eric finds himself thinking about how she’d feel beneath him—something he promised Amara’s brother he would never think about, let alone do.

But this bad boy is deep trouble…because Amara’s determined to have her cake, and Eric, too.

Review:

Delicious Temptation by Sabrina Sol was such a fun read. I devoured it in one lazy Sunday afternoon

Amara is a good girl, but she lacks confidence. She owned a small bakery but after it went bankrupt she had to go back home. She now works for her mum and dad at the bakery where she grew up. But there is conflict and Amara wants the bakery to grow, but her parents like it the way it is. Amara has lost her backbone, she’s lost her confidence, and she’s lost her way in life. She’s a good girl and she’s bored with her life.

Erics always been a bad boy. And after suddenly leaving home, he’s back. He wants to start afresh, but his reputation won’t let him. The only one to welcome him home is his grandmother.

Eric wants to renew old friendships, and first on the list is his closest friend.  Eric left without saying goodbye to his friend and that’s one thing he really did regret, they were almost like brothers.

Walking into the bakery, Eric had a letter that he wants to give to his friend, but as Eric doesn’t know where he lives, he decides to try to talk to the parents of his friend. He spies a curvy young woman in the bakery and is instantly attracted. But once each other knows who the other one is, life becomes a little complicated.

Does Amara ignore the advice of family and grab a little fun before Eric moves on, or does she remain a good girl ? Does Eric give up on Amara and the future he sees for himself and the fiery little lady in his life ?

The story moved between both of their points of view, and I did like that. In romance we don’t often get to hear the man’s POV. The surrounding characters were all well rounded and all important.

So, if your looking for a fun and a lighthearted read, please give Delicious Temptation a read.
