REVIEW:What a potty mouth! But boy does that work for me. 😏 Savage Revenge is the first book in the Savage Sins series by the ever talented Kate Oliver. Check your trigger warnings on this one readers, this is a dark, mafia romance filled with drama, suspense and just the right amount of “unaliving”.

What do you get when you throw together a hard core gangster and a so-called spoiled princess? Corrupt chaos that’s what. Cash and Jordyn lead us on a fast paced, spicy adventure full of death, redemption, loss and love, one that had me breathing deeply and cursing more than I have in some time.

When Cash learns that his Dad has been taken out, and all threads lead to a rival family, he is bound by family ties and loyalty to see said family pay for their crimes in blood. Furious, and determined to make them pay for the pain he can’t deal with, Cash kidnaps Jordyn, but to his surprise, Jordyn is a woman. Not only is she a woman, but she’s a foul-mouth, mafia princess that gives her opinion far too freely. This both infuriates him and turns him on at the same time, an odd combination that Cash starts to like. Driven by the need to protect his family, Cash enlists the help of Jordyn to help him find his fathers killer, little does he know how close that person really is.

Jordyn has been underestimated her whole life, her father has never thought she was good enough or smart enough to have anything to do with the family business. Jordyn however is stubborn, strong willed and confident, she doesn’t let Cash or his brothers intimidate her, they may be bigger but she is just as good as they are. When she meets Cash their chemistry blisters through her, nothing is going to stop the heat between them from scorching anything caught around them, but he’s from a rival family, can it really work?

Holy crap! Cash is the biggest Daddy Dom I think I have ever read, the man has a mouth so filthy even Jesus’ own soap wouldn’t help. The storyline is definitely fast paced, but the suspense is top-notch, add in the spice and it is just about perfect. I look forward to seeing what else this series has in store of us.
