She’s the tattooed firecracker who makes him break every rule.
Brutus is built to intimidate—six foot eight, all silent fury and deadly strength. But Annaliese, the mouthy little sister of his ally, sees through the walls he’s built. She’s chaos, sunshine, and sharp edges—and he can’t stay away.
Together, they’ll guard the women, protect the town, and deliver the final blow to the ring threatening everything they love. And when the dust settles, the biggest brute of them all might just be the one who loves the hardest.

REVIEW: BRUTUS is the sixth and final instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC dak, erotic, MC romance series. This is former US Air Force pilot Brutus, and Anna’s story line. BRUTUS should not be read as a stand alone as there is an ongoing premise throughout the series.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there WILL BE triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Brutus and Anna) BRUTUS is the culmination of six instalments as the Iron Battalion MC work together with the DOJ in an effort to locate and takedown a human trafficking ring, connected to a local law firm (GHOST #3) but with each discovery and infiltration the men of the Iron Battalion MC will find their own happily ever after except for our story line hero. Throughout the series, Brutus and Anna’s push and pull, and palpable sexual attraction does not go unnoticed by the members of the Iron Battalion MC, but when another woman goes missing, Brutus becomes guardian and protector of our story line heroine.

The world building focuses on exposing and arresting of a human trafficking ring, of which the Iron Battalion MC find themselves at the forefront of discovery and location. With the DOJ demanding more proof, the MC become the aggressors as they break in and break down the reality of what is happening in their city.

The relationship between Anna and Brutus has been developing throughout the series. Anna is a bit of a jokester, and in this, is often pushing all of Brutus’ proverbial buttons but Anna is much more than she appears to be, and Brutus will discover there is another side to Anna no one knew anything about. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters include all of the previous story line couples. King will discover his future in a woman they rescued, just as the other men in the previous story line instalments.

BRUTUS is a story of power and control, betrayal and madness, abuse and torture, family and relationships, friendships, and love. The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and gritty; the romance is fated; the characters are determined, desperate and charismatic.

•••••

REVIEW:RANGER is the fourth instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, MC romance series. This is hacker and MC member Ranger aka Miles, and Marla’s story line. RANGER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but I recommend reading the series in order as there is an ongoing premise throughout. Some of the events of RANGER cross over with, and run parallel to the events of book three GHOST.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told for dual first person perspectives ( Ranger and Marla) RANGER follows in the aftermath of the rescue of our story line heroine. Months earlier, Marla was rescued by the Iron Battalion MC, as a survivor of a human trafficking ring, a ring that was still in operation to this day but Marla’s recovery is long, as she struggles with nightmares and memories, and the loss of her best friend, missing and presumed in the hands of the ring. With the help of Ranger, a man she met the night she went missing, Marla sees slow progress in her recovery but continues to spiral when perceived threats are heightened by previous abuse.

The world building follows the mental and physical recovery of our story line heroine, as well as the search for the people responsible.

The relationship between Ranger and Marla begins as a rescue but Marla struggles in the wake of nightmares and PTSD. As Ranger begins a slow seduction of the woman that calls to his heart, Marla steps on the road to recovery in the hopes of finding what happened to her best friend. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and familiar secondary and supporting characters including most of the previous story line characters. We are introduced to Marlas friend Lizzie.

RANGER is a story of rescue and recovery, friendships and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is fast paced, captivating and edgy: the romance is fated and seductive; the characters are determined and desperate.

REVIEW:DOC is the fifth instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, dark, MC romance series. This is Dr. Daniel ‘Doc’ Lockhart, and US army soldier Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Packston’s story line. DOC should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up a few days after the events of book four RANGER.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Doc and Elizabeth) DOC picks up a few days after the search and rescue for our story line heroine who had been held prisoner and tortured by a human trafficking ring. Battling her need for independence while struggling to heal, Lizzie Packston needed time but found herself attracted to a man who knowledge and genius were but the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Doc was hoping to claim Elizabeth as his own but the Iron Battalion needed help, back up for what was to come, and with the help of Devil’s Legion MC, the Iron Battalion set a plan into motion to take down the ring, a ring that was always one step ahead.

The world building follows the rescue, recovery and healing of Elizabeth Packston, and the MC’s desperate search for the people responsible, as Doc bides his time waiting to claim our story line heroine. The arrival of the Devil’s Legion MC adds to the numbers, and the Iron Battalion’s ability to take down the people responsible.

The relationship between Doc and Lizzie is one of immediate attraction but Lizzie’s rescue came with numerous injuries that needed time to heal. Doc knew Lizzie was the woman to claim his heart but his need to avenge the woman with whom he would fall in love fell in line with the other members of the Iron Battalion MC. Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Packston was struggling. Her injuries were holding her back, and a desperate need to help, were always at the forefront of Lizzie’s mind. Falling for Doc was inevitable as Lizzie found herself pulled into the aura that was Daniel Lockhart. The 4ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the us of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and edgy; the romance is seductive ; the characters are, once again, desperate, determined and charismatic. DOC ends on a bit of a cliff hanger-you have been warned.

REVIEW:GHOST is the third instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, MC romance series. This is former US Marine Ghost and Jasmine’s story line. •••••

REVIEW: WRECKER is the second instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, MC romance series. This is Amanda and Wrecker’s story line. WRECKER can be read as a stand alone but for backstory and cohesion, I recommend reading the series in order as there is an ongoing premise throughout. Amanda is Ariel’s sister (CAP #1)

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers. Like the previous instalment, Wrecker is dark in theory, but most of the more graphic details are off page or behind the scenes.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Amanda and Wrecker) WRECKER focuses on healing and recovery in the wake of the rescue of Amanda and Ariel from a human trafficking ring (CAP #1). Amanda is struggling with issues of PTSD, fear and freezing when a perceived threat is involved. Wrecker is determined to help Amanda with her recovery but the ‘ring’ and a man known as The Watcher want Amanda returned, believing she is their property to do with as they wish but Amanda and Ariel’s return comes with the knowledge that one of their own is still missing, and the ring is often one step ahead of the Iron Battalion MC.

The world building is dark and gritty as the MC struggle to come out on top. The ‘ring’ appears to be setting the MC up for failure, and every action of the MC, is met with a more terrifying and threatening action of the nameless group taking aim at the MC’s most vulnerable.

The relationship between Amanda and Wrecker begins as a rescue, one of which Wrecker has claimed Amanda as his own. Vowing to protect the woman with whom he will fall in love, there is often someone else taking aim, targeting Amanda when she is left alone. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of familiar, colorful and determined secondary and supporting characters including the members of the Iron Battalion MC: Cap and Ariel, IT Tech wiz Ghost ,Doc, Brutus, Ranger and Scout. Ghost’s story line is next.

WRECKER is a story of power and control, obsession and madness, family and relationships, healing and love. The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and edgy; the romance is seductive; the characters are desperate and dynamic. There is some redundancy spread throughout the story.
