ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date April 27, 2026

She’s not supposed to be here.

Humans don’t walk into the Kings of Anarchy’s territory and walk back out. That’s not sentiment—that’s law. A law older than the mountains we rule from, older than the curse bleeding me dry from the inside out.

My club isn’t human. None of us are. We wear the cuts, run the empire, and keep the Appalachians ours through blood, violence, and the kind of loyalty you can’t buy—only earn.

And then she shows up. Mouthy, unafraid, and looking at me like I’m the problem.
I chain her up. Tell myself she’s temporary.
But she won’t break.
And the longer she stays, the more the ice in my veins starts cracking in places I stopped feeling centuries ago.

She doesn’t know what she’s walked into.
And I don’t know how to let her leave.

REVIEW:PROPERTY OF RAZE is the first instalment in KE Osborn’s contemporary, adult KINGS OF ANARCHY MC: NEW HAMPSHIRE erotic, paranormal, fantasy series, a part of the multi-authored Kings of Anarchy MC world. This is dragon shifter and president of the KOAMC: New Hampshire Raze, and photographer Roxy Vale’s story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Raze and Roxy) PROPERTY OF RAZE follows with the arrival of Roxy Vale in the KOAMC: New Hampshire territory in the Appalachian Mountains. Hunters are seeking out the supernatural creatures, and someone is targeting the KOAMC: New Hampshire. Roxy’s arrival falls under suspicion but all is not as it appears to be, Roxy claims to be human but Raze’s dragon suspects something else.

The world building follows several intersecting pathways including a decades old curse that threatens the creature Raze once was. Roxy’s proximity to Raze marks a change in direction, and the arrival of a powerful witch, puts everything into focus including a potential war with the Fae prince.

The relationship between Raze and Roxy is one of fated mates/ Roxy claims to be human but upon her arrival the magic of the supernatural begins to burn brighter for our story line hero. Raze’s attraction to Roxy threatens the secrecy of the KOAMC: New Hampshire but someone else is targeting our story line couple. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble and diverse cast of energetic and powerful supernatural creatures including dragons, vampires, fae, leprechaun, werewolf, wendigo, serpent shifter, forest spirit, phoenix, kitsune, Angel, nymph, selkie, witch and a shapeshifter.

PROPERTY OF RAZE is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, magic and the supernatural, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is detailed and twisted; the romance is seductive and fated; the characters are determined, animated and lively.
