The $ex scenes are aggressive, intense and passionate but I struggled with the use of a certain four-letter word.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Massimo’s brothers Dominic, Andreas and Tristan, as well as their father Giacomo D’Agostino; Riccardo Balesteri; Bratva assassin Vlad Kuznetsov; Emelia’s best friend Jacob, housekeeper Priscilla, Candace, and Massimo’s ex Gabriella. Not everyone will survive to see another day.

RUTHLESS PRINCE is a story of family, blood, honor and death; a story of betrayal and vengeance; retribution and retaliation; deception, secrets and lies, power and control. The premise is gritty and dark; the characters are edgy and tragic; the romance is dramatic and provocative. The world building set the stage for the upcoming war as Massimo sets out to reform the Syndicate in the face of a new enemy known as the Circle of Shadows.

Gio has been on the hunt for the elusive Stradivari formula, a formula known only to the Stradivari heirs but with their father missing and presumed dead, Gio and Aria Stradivari are not the only treasure hunters searching for the sought-after formula. Gio believes he has reason to distrust our story line hero, and in doing so, brings dangers to America, placing his sister’s life in jeopardy, forcing her to run. As Aria and Kace’s relationship turns more passionate and intense, their trip to Europe is fraught with questions and new acquaintances who reveal more than anyone could have imagined.

A SINFUL ENCORE is a story of family and friendships; betrayal and revenge; secrets, lies, romance and love. The character driven premise is intriguing, engaging and fascinating; the romance is tender, spicy and erotic; the characters are spirited, edgy and energetic. Most of the conflict resolution was behind the scene so the reader is not privy to the smaller nuances. Here’s hoping the author has plans for Gio’s story. A SINFUL ENCORE and the Brilliance Trilogy is a thrilling and sensual story of love, life and happily ever after.

I swallow hard, my lashes lower, my lips dry. Me and him. It’s just me and him and God, I do need the escape and I know, I just know, that he needs the trust. Still, I can’t believe I’m going to do this. I can’t believe how much I want to do this. “Yes.”

He doesn’t speak but I can feel his approval wash over me. He kisses my neck, the earthy scent of him seducing me and promising to test my limits. He unzips my skirt, and a second later, he’s sliding it down my hips, and with only a tiny pair of panties and thigh-high tights on, he’s easily exposing my naked backside. Nerves and anticipation overwhelm me and I’m all but shaking, but I don’t feel fear. His fingers caress down the silk strip between my cheeks and I yelp as he yanks it away with a biting tug. But already, he’s made me forget that bite.

His hands are on my backside and he leans in, his lips close, so very close to my ear, his warm breath fanning my skin, and promising forbidden fantasies I didn’t even know to call my own until now.

“What are you thinking, Aria?” he asks, the same way he’d asked me one time before when I was in the wrong place when I needed an escape.

“About us, Kace. About what you’re going to do to me.”

Suddenly, I’m drowning in my own confusing desire, and my lashes lower, heat rushing to my cheeks when his hand cups my face and he tilts his gaze back to his. “Do you,” he says, enunciating the words, “want me to spank you?”

His eyes darkens. “That’s not an answer.”

The waves are breaking again and when I might drown, I don’t. I really do crash right back into him. “Yes.”

His eye light with approval and that approval splays over me like blessed sunshine in the chilly snowfall. I don’t know why his approval arouses or pleases me, I don’t know what that says about me, or him for that matter, but there is no denying the burn in my belly. There is no denying his control, and my submission sends a thrill through me like no other. His hands fit my waist, possessiveness in his touch, a branding that feels right when with anyone else it would be wrong. His cheek presses to my cheek, the roughness of his newly formed stubble an erotic pinch on my sensitive skin. “Who’s in control?”

“I am,” I say, and I mean it. This is about choice. I know that when I say yes or no to with Kace, he will listen. “And right now, for just a little bit, I don’t want it,” I add, and for once in my life, I mean it. “Take it,” I add softly. “It’s yours.”

This is fifty year old MC member and mechanic Ernest ‘Brick’ Paver, and forty-six year old, club cook and single mother Lisa Rawlingss story line. Told from three first person perspectives including Ouray Lisa and Brick EDGE OF TOMORROW follows in the aftermath of a phone call from Kelsey, Brick’s estranged daughter, leaving Brick with custody of his three month old grandson, a child he knew nothing about. With the help of Lisa Rawlings, the club cook, and a woman raising her own grandchildren, Brick sets up house with Lisa in an effort to pull together his little family. But all is not well when Brick and the MC are targeted by someone who is not above killing anyone who stands in his way. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Brick and Lisa, and the potential fall-out as both Brick and Lisa fall victim to the unscrupulous tactics of some powerful men.

Lisa is responsible for raising her two grandchildren since the death of their mother but two years living and working with the Arrow’s Edge MC finds Lisa yearning for something more, and that something more is our hero Ernest ‘Brick’ Paver. Brick has kept his distance while Lisa settled into the MC life but the time had come for Brick to claim Lisa as his own. With the surprise announcement and arrival of his only grandchild, Brick is lost until Lisa steps in to help. As Lisa and Brick set up house, both will be targeted for something they know nothing about.

The relationship between Brick and Lisa has been building for several years but Lisa kept to herself, raising her grandchildren, and feeding the members of the Arrow’s Edge MC. Brick has wanted Lisa since the moment they met but an incident at the Club gave Brick the opportunity to become guardian and protector of the woman with whom Brick would fall in love but not is well in Lisa’s life, and Brick is about to experience the possibility of another loss of someone he loves. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including Yuma and Lissie ( Edge of Darkness), MC president Ouray and his wife, and FBI agent Luna; numerous club members MC members Wapi, Kaga, Tse, Trunk Rae; Yuma’s father Nosh; Kelsey’s friend Sophie; as well as Detectives and police officers of the Durango Police Department, FBI and Homeland Security, the CPD, and Lisa’s grandchildren Kiara and Ezrah.

EDGE OF TOMORROW is a story of betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies; heart break, revelations, family and love. The premise is exciting, detailed and complex; the romance is edgy and provocative; the characters are numerous, spirited and charismatic.

Following a catastrophic accident that ended Ruby’s burgeoning soccer career before it started, Ruby Turner headed to Europe in an effort to jump start her journalism career where she will meet brothers Marco and Luciano Ribeiro, dating Marco before falling in love with his half-brother Luciano. Years would pass as Luciano’s football career would reach the top of his game, while Ruby meandered through Europe trying to find herself and the love that she lost. REVIEW:The Wrong Cowboy is book one in the Granite Junction series by Megan Ryder. This book seems to be an extension of The Redemption Ranch series, but could absolutely be read as a stand-alone.

In Redemption Ranch we met Emma and Cam. It seemed like they were destined to be together. Emma finished college, got a job – everything was going according to her meticulously planned life. That is until Cam’s cousin Gabe Buchanan comes to town. Gabe is in town to work on his next novel.

Emma is bound and determined that her life is supposed to have Cam in it, just one problem – Cam only sees her as a little sister. When Gabe comes to town and finds out that Cam just doesn’t see Emma the way he does, he decides to make his move. But Emma isn’t having any of it. But slowly and surely Gabe inches his way into her life. Once Emma realizes that Cam isn’t interested she devises a plan to make him jealous, with his own cousin.

Her pride takes a hit when she realizes that Cam isn’t jealous at all. At the encouragement of her girlfriends she decides to have fun with Gabe while he is here. Stepping out of her comfort zone, her relationship with Gabe begins to grown.

Emma is a straight shooter. She knows what she wants out of life and she has lists and planners to prove it. But when Cam doesn’t reciprocate the feelings she has for him, she is quite hurt and torn. Can she find happiness with someone else other than Cam? Could it be Cam’s cousin?

Gabe is one of those flirty, fun loving cowboys. While he has turned his back on the family ranch – he has made his own way in the world as an author. Despite what his family thinks, he is succeeding. But Gabe gets in his own way when it comes to Emma. He sees things that aren’t there. He knows that Emma has been in love with Cam for quite some time, is there even a chance that she will even consider a Relationship with him?

I loved that we still got to see characters from the Redemption Ranch series here. It was like homecoming. There is a lot of love in these families and I was so excited that the stories crossed over. I can’t wait to see who Cam ends up with – he deserves some love! And ohhhhh the new owner of Cam’s ranch? What is that going to bring? Can’t wait to find out.!
