REVIEW: NIGHT FALL TO FIRST LIGHT by EC Land is the first instalment in the multi-authored contemporary, adult FALLEN DEMONS MC erotic, MC romance series. This is Fallen Demons VP Tyler ‘Shadow’ King, and Della Meadows’ story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Shadow and Della) NIGHT FALL TO FIRST LIGHT follows in the aftermath of the death of Della Meadows grandfather. Along with her brother’s Maddox, the siblings have inherited the family ranch but someone else is taking aim, hoping to claim the ranch for themselves but all is not as it appears to be, the ranch is in trouble, and with her numerous business degrees, Della sets a plan into motion to save the family legacy, with the help of the Fallen Demons MC. Meanwhile, club VP Tyler ‘Shadow’ King, having fallen for our story line heroine, finds himself the target of a vindictive past, a past that refuses to take no for an answer, but a past that is willing to do anything to get vengeance.
The world building follows several intersecting pathways as well as threats to our story line couple. As Della and her brother Maddox struggle to keep the ranch, someone else is determined to take control by any means possible.
The relationship between Tyler and Della is a best friend’s sister romance. Tyler and Maddox have been friends for as long as Della can remember but Tyler broke Della’s heart,and our heroine has struggled to forgive and forget. Tyler is determined to claim Della as his own, ensuring our heroine’s protection by himself and the club. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and dynamic secondary and supporting characters including the introduction of several members of the Fallen Demons MC. We are introduced to Tyler’s sister Taylor, and their cousin Amelia, and her ex Russell, as well as Della’s brother Maddox.
NIGHT FALL TO FIRST LIGHT is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, greed and money, family and relationships , friendships and love. The character driven premise is dramatic and captivating; the romance is seductive; the characters are desperate and determined.
