But when the cartel comes hunting for information Raven doesn’t have, Savage faces an impossible choice… protect his club or protect her.
As violence escalates and loyalties fracture, desire collides with survival, and the line between control and trust blurs.
In Savage’s world, love isn’t safe.
It’s war.

REVIEW: SAVAGE VOWS by Jade Marshall is the fifth instalment in the contemporary, adult SONS OF SIN MC multi-authored erotic, dark, MC romance series. This is president of Sons of Sin LV MC, forty year old, Dominic ‘ Savage’ Kane, and Raven Blackwood’s story line. SAVAGE VOWS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Savage and Raven) SAVAGE VOWS follows in the wake of the return of Raven Blackwood. Raven and Savage have history but Raven’s return brings with it darkness and danger, fed by the Cartel. The Cartel believes Raven has something they want but Savage is determined to protect Raven at all costs, including going to war with the Cartel.
The world building focuses on the lead up to war. Sons of Sin MC refuse to sit back waiting for the Cartel to strike but the Cartel begin to targeted people on the outside.
The relationship between Savage and Raven is one of second chances, of a sorts. Savage knows Raven is trouble but this time, the trouble follows in the name of the Cartel. Battling between head and heart, Savage is determined to take down the people taking aim the woman he loves. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including the members of the Sons of Sin: Vegas MC. We are introduced to Fury, Steel,Ghost, Havok, Crimson, Saint, Mama M, Roxy, Tyler, Seth, and Cherry.
SAVAGE VOWS is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, forgiveness and love. The fast paced premise is intriguing and engaging but the writing style is slightly contrary to the author’s usual approach; the romance is limited but impassioned; the characters are determined and dynamic.
