The relationship between Allegra and Matteo begins as a friendship but quickly turns into something more. Matteo will become Allegra’s guide through Italy as she begins to unravel not only her grandmother’s secrets, but her late father’s as well. Matteo has loved and lost, and the possibility of Allegra returning to New York , threatens any chance of happiness for our story line couple. Allegra is hoping for a friends with benefits affair, Matteo is hoping for something more. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The secondary and supporting characters are feisty and dynamic. We are introduced to Allegra’s friend Cassie, their aggressive boss Harry Kasoff, her grandmother’s attorney Antonio Fanelli, Matteo’s sister Luciana, and several locals both in and around Montepulciano, Italy.

THE FALL AFFAIR is a story is a story of secrets and lies, loss and grief, family and relationships, friendships and love. The character driven premise is endearing, captivating and engaging; the romance is impassioned; the characters are determined and charming.
