Told from dual first person perspectives (Poesy and Beckett) THE PROFESSOR’S OBSESSION follows in the wake of Poesy Holloway’s acceptance into the Victoria Literature PhD program, a program overseen by our story line hero. For three years Dr. Beckett Calder has lusted after, and stalked university student Poesy Holloway but upon her graduation and acceptance into the PhD program, Beckett Calder is determined to claim Poesy as his own but a jealous co-worker, a fellow professor is determined to destroy their lives, taking aim at our story line hero.
The world building covers but a few days in the life as Poesy and Beckett navigate the new reality of their situation. Poesy is no longer Beckett Calder’s student but as her mentor, Beckett needs to ensure their relationship is above board.
The relationship between between Beckett and Poesy is an age-gap, forbidden relationship in the wake of their previous teacher-student relationship. Beckett and Poesy have both lusted after one another for close to three years, but Beckett is hoping there is more to their attraction than a power dynamic. The $ex scenes are limited but passionate.
