Amy Delton has never recovered from a humiliating betrayal ten years earlier, and in this, struggles to trust the men in her life. A love-hate relationship with Nate Navarro finds our heroine battling between head and heart, often seeing green, with the women in his life. Nate Navarro ‘s reputation precedes his introduction to our story line heroine, and in this, Amy offers a temporary relationship that she will end before having her heart broken, once again.

The relationship between Amy and Nate is a frenemies to friends to lovers that follows in the wake of an auction bid. Amy doesn’t want to cross the line into something more but her attraction to Nate is immediate and intense. As the days turn into weeks, Amy and Nate’s professional lives will cross, and with it force our heroine to reconsider the path on which she is currently moving. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and seductive.

The secondary and supporting characters are colorful and energetic including Nate’s brothers Max (Jade) and bar owner Brad; Nate’s legal partner Andrew, as well as Amy’s agent Janis Steiner. Brad’s story is next.

NOT HAPPENING AGAIN is a story of family, friendships, relationships and love; trust and acceptance, understanding and love. The premise is captivating, emotional and engaging; the romance is heavy and hot; the characters are energetic, charismatic and a little bit broken.
