ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date February 21, 2022

A strangers-to-lovers stand-alone novel about a woman whose father leaves her a building in New York—along with an impossible-to-resist co-owner.

Do you know that feeling when life is moving along without incident, but in your gut you sense something is coming? Yeah… me too.

That something turned out to be property I inherited from my estranged father. One small problem: my father lived in New York City, while I live in California. Oh, another thing… my dad thought it’d be a good idea to split the building he owned in SoHo between me and his tenant, the undeniably maddening Brad Navarro.

An interesting thing about Brad, though—he is an identical triplet. Yes, there are three of these gorgeous specimens walking the earth. Another fun fact—he owns a successful bar on the ground floor of the address we now share, as well as the entire first floor… but I own floors two, three, and four. Nice and complicated, right?

I simply can’t be tied to this man. Besides the fact I happen to love my life in California, I want no connection to the cocky, arrogant, ridiculously gorgeous, sexy-as-sin, thinks he’s God’s gift to women, walking orgasm who can rock my world with that damn smirk—

Um, I digress. Anyway, I just can’t.

Of course I suggested that we sell, which earned me the nickname She-Devil, and I believe his exact words were “not a chance in hell.”

So now I need to figure out a way to make hell freeze over. My chances of that happening are slim. Plan B would be to simply ignore him, go back to my life, and pretend he hadn’t crashed into it.

But try telling that to my libido, because ignoring Brad Navarro is easier said than done.

REVIEW: NOT A CHANCE IN HELL is the third and final instalment in A.M. Madden’s contemporary, adult NAVARRO TRIPLETS erotic, romance series focusing on the Navarro triplets: gym owner Max, attorney Gabe, and bar owner Brad. This is thirty-three year old, bar owner Brad Navarro, and twenty-eight year old, kindgergarten teacher Sheena ‘Bella’ Devlin’s story line. NOT A CHANCE IN HELL can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is release where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Sheena and Brad) NOT A CHANCE IN HELL follows the acrimonious but building relationship between thirty-three year old, bar owner Brad Navarro, and twenty-eight year old, kindgergarten teacher Sheena ‘Bella’ Devlin. Sheena Devlin never knew her father, having never met the man in her life, but a call from his attorney found Sheena leaving San Diego, heading to New York, where she would meet her father’s friend Brad Navarro, a man who brought out the worst in our story line heroine. Already angry and hurt about the father she never knew, Sheena’s attitude is exacerbated by her attraction to the man whom her father’s considered a ‘son’ but the problem becomes compounded when Brad and Sheena discover they have both inherited the ownership of property, property in which Brad’s business continues to thrive. Battling between head and heart, Sheena wants nothing to do with living in New York, as Brad struggles with the possibility of losing it all. What ensues is the building but tempestuous relationship between Brad and Sheena, and the potential fall-out as issues of trust inflame their already turbulent relationship.

Brad Navarro doesn’t do relationships, and in this his attraction to Sheena is all kinds of wrong. Working together to close out John Porelli’s estate, our couple continue to bicker and argue, a prelude to $ex, hiding a palpable sexual attraction between Sheena and Brad. Sheena continues to struggle with the loss of her father, a struggle directly related to Brad’s friendship and relationship for the man she never knew.

The relationship between Brad and Sheena is tumultuous, stormy and impassioned. Brad struggles with the loss of his friend, and Sheena struggle with the loss of never knowing, and the secrets revealed by a letter from the past. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic, passionate and intense without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

Brad’s brothers Max and Nate, and their significant others return as secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to John’s neighbors, as well as Sheena’s best friend Kelly Chen. The triplets give as good as they get.

NOT A CHANCE IN HELL is a story of grief and loss, acceptance and admission, trust and understanding, family and love. The fast paced premise is emotional and heated ; the characters are energetic and determined ; the romance is fated and hot.
