PAWN is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and revenge; of mental illness, discrimination, racism and hate. Not all is well in our heroine’s life as she tries to make sense of the world around her including the loss of her family, the trust of a stranger, and the love of a man who is willing to kill to protect the only family he knows. The premise is dark and gritty; the romance is dramatic and intense; the characters are angry, broken, and struggling. TM Frazier pulls the reader into a timely and tragic look at hatred, racism, betrayal and revenge, and the resulting affects it has on our story line heroine.
