A dark, gritty, raw and intense read TWICE A WISH, like many of Pepper’s previous releases follows a Stockholm Syndrome premise wherein our heroine will quickly fall for her captor, a man who may be more damaged than anyone could have imagined. The premise is controversial, creative and dramatic; the characters are broken but strong, tragic and colorful; the romance is mired by dubious consent, slavery, ownership and unnatural lust.
