Following fan favorites Damien Stark and his wife, Nikki Fairchild, Play My Game is the story of their first Valentine’s Day as newlyweds, and offers an alluring glimpse of Jackson Steele, the alpha male featured in Kenner’s upcoming novel Say My Name.

I never imagined that anything could top our honeymoon, but life as Mrs. Damien Stark is sweeter than any fantasy. We are forever bound by our love and our desire. His touch is my greatest treasure—and is purely mine alone.

Yet no matter where we go, the ghosts of our pasts follow. We can’t escape our secrets, or the people who desperately want to bring us down. Even on Valentine’s Day, neither of us is safe.

I’ll do whatever it takes to protect Damien, to fulfill his every need. His kiss is my calling, his passion my truest bliss. The dangers we face, we now face together—and nothing can make me run.

Play My Game is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

REVIEW: PLAY MY GAME is the latest novella in J. Kenner’s contemporary, adult Stark Ever After erotic romance series focusing on billionaire Damien Stark and the love of his life Nikki Fairchild-Stark. Their continuing story finds our couple about to celebrate their first Valentine’s Day together but someone is playing a dangerous game with the people they love.

The focus of the storyline is two fold: Damien Stark sets up a scavenger hunt in preparation for a Valentine’s celebration with his wife. While Nikki begins to uncover the clues another more deadly game is unfolding-intimate images and threatening blackmail letters begin appearing in emails of friends, family and former lovers. Someone is out to destroy Damien Stark by attacking the people closest to his heart.

We will be introduced to the infamous architect Jackson Steele- a man whose own story will be told in J. Kenner’s upcoming Stark International Trilogy but a man who refuses to give in to Damien Stark’s wishes and demands. When Damien approaches Jackson with a business offer, Jackson declines with reasons he keeps to himself.

PLAY MY GAME is a romantic, intriguing and enticing addition to J. Kenner’s Stark series of novels and spinoffs. What began with a portrait and a million dollar offer in RELEASE ME book 1 has now blossomed into an erotic romance series where anyone with a close connection to our couple finds themselves with a story of their own. One can only hope that we all find a Damien Stark to call our own.
