FULLY LOADED can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary. Dani’s is the sister of Serena Metcalfe and her story begins in POINT BLANK #1

NOTE: FULLY LOADED was previously released as Fully Loaded (Pretty Thieves) by Samantha Wilde in 2020. If you have not read FULLY LOADED there may be spoilers in my review.

Told from dual omniscient third person perspectives (Dani and Brock) FULLY LOADED follows in the aftermath of the abduction of our story line heroine. Three months earlier, professional thief Dani Metcalf barely survived an abduction by her sister’s father in law, but in an effort to begin anew, Dani moved to Geneva, Switzerland where her foray into the European market finds her the target of some powerful people. With very few people she can trust. Dani calls the man who once broke her heart but the man who is willing to risk his life to save the life of our story line heroine. On the run together, Dani and Brock quickly discover Dani’s theft of ‘information’ could be the catalyst to destroy the world but at every turn, Dani and Brock’s whereabouts are identified and exposed, and our couple are unable to trust anyone including law enforcement around the world.

The world building follows Dani and Brock as they journey throughout Europe, in disguise and on the run, aware that both have become wanted fugitives. Marked as terrorists, Dani and Brock discover identify the who and what but trusting is another matter.

The relationship between Dani and Brock is one of second chances. Dani believes Brock betrayed her years before, and in this, her faith in any hope for the future is threatened by the people determined to take her down. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The secondary and supporting characters are determined, dynamic and questionable at best. We are reintroduced to Serena and Milo (Point Blank) and FBI agent Rhett Callahan. The requisite evil has many faces.

FULLY LOADED is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, greed and ego, family and friendships, relationships and love. The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and action packed; the romance is desirable; the characters are desperate and animated.

Told from dual omniscient third person perspectives (Draven and Emily) THE FORSAKEN follows in the wake of accusations and a potential war between Draven de Montague, and Lord Hugh. King Henry has been asked to intervene, and for his involvement, Lord Hugh must hand over his youngest daughter Emily to Draven de Montague, for a period of one year. Draven de Montague doesn’t do relationships, and struggles with his attraction to the woman he has been commanded to leave alone but Emily is determined to prove Draven is worthy of his own happily ever after, a worthiness Draven battles to comprehend but Lord Hugh believes Draven is continuing his attack against Hugh’s people and estate, and in this, someone else is taking aim at our story line hero.

The world building follows several intersecting pathways as Draven battles between head and heart. A family wedding will bring Draven and Emily back to her father’s estate, where the troubles will escalate leaving Draven struggling for his life.

The relationship between Draven and Emily is tempestuous at best. Emily is a political hostage,assigned to Draven at King Henry’s command. Emily’s father has accused Draven of an horrific crime, a crime Draven struggles to prove his innocence. From the outset Emily finds herself attraction to her jailer, a man who refuses to accept their is a future with our story line heroine. The $ex scenes are limited but passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

We are introduced to Draven’s brother Simon, as well as Emily’s sisters Joanne and Judith, their father Hugh, as well as Joanne’s fiance Niles, Baron of Montclef.

THE FORSAKEN is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, family and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is fated and seductive; the characters are energetic, determined, and dynamic.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Freya and Gunner) STEALTH follows the building but contemptuous relationship between former US soldier and Locked Security owner Elijah ‘Gunner’ Anderson, and web designer Freya Olysses. Five years earlier Gunner Anderson broke Freya Olysses’ heart but in the ensuing time Freya never forgot about our story line hero. Two years ago, Freya, tired of her father’s illegal activities and connections to the crime world, walked away without looking back but our heroine had no idea that her father struggled to let her go, having hired Gunner Anderson to keep tabs on his only daughter. Fast forward to present day wherein someone is targeting the Olysses family and business, and Gunner has been ordered to protect Freya at all cost but all does not go according to plan when their every move is mirrored, threatening our story line couple in the process. What ensues is the rebuilding relationship between Freya and Gunner, and the fall-out as the father’s sins have targeted our story line heroine.

The world building introduces some of the men who work for Gunner Anderson including Gunner’s right hand man Carter, and Blake, as well as Freya’s over protective brothers Liam and Gabriel, their father Constantine; Freya’s best friend Quinn, and the head of the Irish mob Cian.

The relationship between Gunner and Freya is one of second chances, of a sort. Gunner broke Freya’s heart five years earlier, and Freya struggles to accept Gunner as her personal protection, continually making his life difficult in the face of threats against our story line heroine. Often TSTL (too stupid to live) Freya is constantly looking for a way to escape, placing herself in the direct line of fire. Gunner battles between head and heart knowing his life is dangerous, and a relationship with Freya may threaten them both but Gunner’s need to protect quickly grows into something more. The $ex scenes are passionate but mostly implied.

STEALTH is a story of power and control, secrets and lies, independence and freedom, betrayal and vengeance, family and friendships, acceptance and love. The action packed premise is intriguing and dramatic yet familiar to many other romantic suspense series; the characters are energetic and desperate; the romance is fated and seductive.

Ryder is starved of blood for months at a time, and Sabine is ripe for our hero’s lust. Sabine believes that Ryder only wants her for her blood but her memories reveal a bite that is both deadly and arousing. The $ex scenes are intimate and erotic without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Cain Connor and Eve Bradley (Hot Enough to Burn #1), scientists Richard Wyatt and Cassandra Armstrong, phoenix Dante, vampires Julia and Grayson; Sabine’s father and her brother Rhett; Rhett’s cousin Vaughn and his father Keith Adams; and Ryder’s brother Malcolm.

SLOW BURN is another story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, desperation and manipulation, torture and abuse, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is dramatic and passionate; the romance is seductive and fated; the characters are energetic and strong.
