REVIEW:REIGN is the second instalment in Cassandra Robbins’ contemporary, adult ROCK GOD erotic, rock romance series. This is music producer and musician Marshall ‘Ammo’ Adams, and musician/singer Courtney Falcon’s story line. REIGN can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary. REIGN and the ROCK GOD series is a spin off from , and set in the author’s THE DISCIPLES MC and BLURRED LINES worlds.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Ammo and Courtney) REIGN follows in the wake of the Courtney’s discovery of her boyfriend, and bandmate’s affair, and their impending parenthood. Opting to go solo, Courtney finds herself facing music producer Marshall ‘Ammo’ Adams, a man whose reputation in the music business is number one but with woman, a man wh*re of notoriety. From the outset, Ammo and Courtney struggle to be civil. Ammo is about to take control not only of Courtney’s music, but her personal life as well. What ensues is the tempestuous but building relationship between Ammo and Courtney, and the potential fall-out when a stalker takes aim at our story line couple.

Courtney Falcon’s stalker is about to be released from prison but the threats to her life and career have increased exponentially. As Ammo and the Disciples begin a deep search into the person responsible, questions of trust arise with the people in Courtney’s life.

The relationship between Courtney and Ammo begins acrimoniously. Ammo believes Courtney is nothing more than a spoiled pop princess, and Courtney sees Ammo as nothing more than a man who uses women . When Ammo takes control of Courtney’s music career, he sees beyond the former child star, into a woman with more talent than he could have ever imagined. The $ex scenes are provocative, erotic, and intense using graphic language and talk.

There is a large ensemble case of colorful, questionable and energetic secondary and supporting characters from all three aforementioned interconnected series. We are introduced to Courtney’s PA Gia, her PR person Rachel, and her manager Malcolm.

REIGN is a story of betrayal and vengeance, obsession and madness, power and control, misunderstand and mistrust, forgiveness and love. The premise is dramatic, impassioned and intriguing; the romance is tantalizing; the characters are determined and dynamic.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date May 25, 2023

Brett Powers is gorgeous, filthy, and off limits.

Rules are made to be followed.

Or so they say…

But let’s be honest. The second I stepped foot into Brett Powers’s classroom, I was doomed.

I mean, it’s not every day your dean is a 6’4” dark god with ocean-blue eyes and a dimple.

Just looking at him makes my heart pound and my stomach flutter.

He’s intense, filthy, and forbidden.

Not to mention, he’s my sister’s ex-boyfriend.

If I were smart, I’d walk away.

Lines are getting blurred.

Boundaries are being tested.

And rules are about to be broken.

•••••••

REVIEW: RULE is the second instalment in Cassandra Robbins’ contemporary, adult BLURRED LINES erotic, romance series. This is nineteen year old, university student Alexandrea Carter, and thirty-eight year old university professor, Brett Powers’ story line. RULE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Brett and Alexandrea) RULE follows the forbidden / age-gap relationship between nineteen year old, university student Alexandrea Carter, and thirty-eight year old university professor, Brett Powers. Brett Powers is the youngest, soon to be Dean at CAU (California University) but never expected to come face to face with nineteen year old Alexandrea Carter, one of his engineering students, and the sister of the woman who was once his friends with benefits. To keep his personal and school life separate, Brett intends to push Alexandrea out of his life but our heroine refuses to go down without a fight, and Brett refuses to let go. As Alexandrea and Brett’s relationship begins to grow, our heroine’s life begins to unravel when someone else suspects there is something going on. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Brett and Alexandrea, and the potential fall-out as Alex struggles with the direction of their relationship.

The relationship between Alexandrea and Brett is one of the forbidden; an age-gap, power differential between a student and her professor, a man who controls her life but Alexandrea’s power over Brett threatens our hero’s tenuous hold on his own control, a control he is willing to give up for the woman he loves. The $ex scenes are erotic, provocative and intense but I dislike the use of a certain four-letter word used 29 times.

We are introduced to several members of the faculty, as well as Brett’s parents Natalie and Charlie, his brother Jett and his wife Raven (Power #1), and Alex’s twin brother Jude (via phone), their sister Skylar, and fellow student Jordan Staple. Our couple are constantly dancing around the possibility of being caught.

RULE is a thought provoking and spicy story of power and control, obsession and heart break. The premise is edgy and captivating; the romance is spirted, aggressive and seductive; the characters are desperate, sassy and spirited- Brett is a controlling alpha who refuses to accept no.

Jett Powers is brilliant, nasty, and forbidden.

Not to mention he’s tall, dark, and irresistible.

From our first secret encounter, I’m addicted.

He’s the last man that should be making my stomach flip, and heart pound.

Unfortunately, my mind and body are not in sync.

Because Mr. Powers is not mine.

He can’t be.

He’s my mother’s fiancé.

••••••

REVIEW: POWER by Cassandra Robbins is a stand alone, contemporary, adult, erotic, romance story line-a part of the multi-authored BLURRED LINES series. This is forty year old, high-powered attorney Jett Powers, and nineteen year old, college student Raven Stewart’s story line. Some of the events of POWER cross over with some of the events of FORCE (Disciples MC 5) where Jett Powers is first introduced.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Jett and Raven) POWER follows the age-gap romance and forbidden relationship between is forty year old, high-powered attorney Jett Powers, and nineteen year old, college student Raven Stewart. Jett Powers is engaged to Rachel, a witch of a woman, and her nineteen year old daughter Raven will be vacationing with the couple for the summer but Jett’s immediate attraction to Raven is visceral, and within hours Jett has claimed our heroine for himself. Jett Powers considers himself a monster; not worthy of love or affection, and his relationship with Rachel is predicated upon mutual understanding and public power but something about Raven stirs deep within our story line hero, something that is about to destroy the young woman he refuses to love. What ensues is the building and forbidden relationship between Jett and Raven, and the fall-out when their affair is discovered, and Jett pushes Raven out of his life.

Rachel is a woman who should have never had children, and her treatment of Raven is bordering on abusive. Raven knows her attraction her mother’s fiance is wrong on so many levels but as she slowly succumbs to Jett’s power, it is her heart that will be destroyed in the end.

The relationship between Jett and Raven is highly sexual, predicated upon a need to control, a relationship in which Raven will fall for a man who refuses to love. Jett Powers is often vulgar, a beast of a man, who constantly pushes the envelope of control, forcing Raven to run to protect her sanity. The $ex scenes are numerous, erotic, and provocative.

We are introduced to Raven’s best friend Cher, and her wanna-be boyfriend Brody, as well as Raven’s mother Rachel, Jett’s PA Rebecca, his driver/security Iain, and Rachel’s assistant Maria. I was a little concerned with the number of names beginning with the letter R-Rachel, Rebecca and Raven-it was a little confusing at times, and I had to re-read a several passages trying to refresh my recent memory about who was whom 😉

POWER is a story of power and control, obsession and infatuation, $ex and determination, heart break and love. The premise is raw and impassioned-a good portion of the story line focuses on the sexual relationship between our leading couple; the romance is sensual yet controlling; the characters are desperate and broken.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date June 9, 2022.

I’ve made two impulsive decisions in my life, and both have involved the notorious enforcer of the Disciples MC.

The first, I humiliated myself by spying on him.

The second, I decided to throw caution to the wind and show up at probably the worst possible time.

He’s dangerous, demanding, and able to consume me with just one look.

He’s also on trial for murder, and no one in his club trusts me.

You’d think I’d run. I mean, the cards are stacked against us.

But I can’t escape my need, this all-consuming pull I have with him.

He may be wrong for me, but he’s the very force that brings me to life.

REVIEW:FORCE is the fifth instalment in Cassandra Robbins’ contemporary, adult THE DISCIPLES erotic, dark, MC romance series. This is The Disciples MC enforcer Leonardo ‘Ryder’ DeLucca, and twenty-eight year old Julianna Dutch’s story line. FORCE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but for back story and cohesion I recommend reading IGNITE (book 4) and RISE, the first instalment in the author’s ROCK GOD series-a cross over with THE DISCIPLES MC where we are first introduced to Julianna’s best friend Gia Fontaine and rock star Rhys Granger. Some of the events of FORCE cross over with some of the events of the previous story lines.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Ryder and Julianna) following two time-lines (present day and ten years in the past) FORCE follows the age-gap, second chance relationship between Disciples MC enforcer Leonardo ‘Ryder’ DeLucca, and twenty-eight year old Julianna Dutch. Ten years earlier, a then eighteen year old, Julianna was tasked by Axel Fontaine (Ignite 4) to pick up his sister Gia at the Disciples compound, who was suffering with a broken heart, having been rejected by the man that she loved. Julianna would come face to face with her future in the guise of Leonardo ‘Ryder’ DeLucca, the enforcer for the Disciples MC, a man who stirred something deep within our story line heroine but neither Gia nor Julianna was welcome with the Disciples MC, and a few sexual encounters with Ryder meant nothing more than a one-night stand to our story line hero. Fast forward to present day wherein Julianna, finds herself on the run, working her way back to the Disciples MC, where she is still not welcome by the people in charge. A war between the Disciples MC and the Russians is on the horizon, and our couple are about to be caught in the middle, forcing Julianna to take control when no one else was able. What ensues is the building but contemptuous relationship between Ryder and Julianna, and the potential fall-out as Ryder must account for sins of the past.

Julianna Dutch has never stopped loving Ryder DeLucca but Ryder has apparently moved on with someone else.Heading back to Los Angeles to the man that she loved, Julianna knew the only place she felt safe and happy was with the Disciples MC. Ryder DeLucca doesn’t do relationships, doesn’t do love, doesn’t do happily ever afters and knows that to fall in love with Julianna Dutch means to give up control of his heart but threats from the Russian mob force Julianna into action, in an effort to save the people Ryder DeLucca loved.

The relationship between Ryder and Julianna is intense, erotic and highly sexual. Ryder makes no excuses for his behavior or his lust, pushing Julianna outside the limits of her sexual experience. Ryder demands everything and more, and Julianna is willing to give in and give up for the man that she loves.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters, most of whom we have met in previous story lines: Gia Fontaine and Rhys Granger (Rise), Axel and Antoinette (Ignite), Blade and Eve (Lethal), Poet and Charlie (Atone), Edge and Dolly (Repent), as well as Dewey, club hacker Frosty, Ryder’s troubled ex Cindy, Disciples attorney Rodney, Ryder’s attorney Jett Powers, and several members of the Russian mob. The requisite evil has many faces.

FORCE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, obsession and revelation, family, friendships, relationships and love. The premise is dark, dramatic and intense; the romance is edgy, erotic and impassioned; the characters are determined and charismatic. FORCE ends on an epilogue cliff hanger –you have been warned.

REVIEW:  IGNITE is the fourth instalment in Cassandra Robbins’ contemporary, adult THE DISCIPLES erotic, MC romances series focusing on the members of the Disciples MC. This is thirty-three year old, club VP Mitchell ‘Axel’ Fontaine, and nineteen year old, ballerina Antoinette Van Doran’s story line. IGNITE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

WARNING : IGNITE contains strong language that may not be suitable for more sensitive readers.

Desperate for money, Antoinette auditions for a position as an erotic dancer at the Disciples owned Pussycat Club but her naivete and innocence is a target for the lecherous and cruel. Filling in for the Pussycat Club manager, the Disciples VP Mitchell ‘Axel’ Fontaine finds himself pulled towards our story line heroine, over protective and desperate to get her out of the life. What ensues is the highly sexual relationship between Axel and Antoinette, and the potential fall out as the past comes seeking revenge, focusing his anger on our story line heroine.

Axel doesn’t do relationships and in this struggles with his attraction and need for our story line heroine. Claiming ownership of Antoinette from the very start, Axel quickly discovers there is more to Antoinette than meets the eye. Antoinette Van Doran has been on her own for close to four years, and is struggling to make ends meet. One roommate disappears, while another is on a six month assignment, and Antoinette finds herself homeless with no place to live. A job as a stripper could earn Antoinette big money but Axel refuses to let Antoinette get up on stage.

The relationship between Axel and Antoinette is one of immediate attraction but Axel doesn’t do relationships and continues to reinforce the mantra at every chance he gets. Antoinette is slowly falling for the man that has claimed her heart but quickly discovers that Axel doesn’t feel the same, in return. The $ex scenes are aggressive, erotic, provocative and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters many of who we have me in previous story lines. Most of the MC is protective of our heroine but Axel’s enemies have placed a target on our story line heroine.

IGNITE is a gritty, impassioned and raw story of family, friendships, and love. The premise is intense ; the romance is tangible; the characters are dynamic and edgy

The relationship between David and Charlie is one of immediate attraction but David’s return following nine years away is met with both love and hate from his family, friends and the woman with whom he will fall in love. Refusing to accept that he is worthy of love, David continues to push away the woman he desperately craves to guide him through the dark. The $ex scenes are intimate, aggressive, powerful and erotic.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters, most of whom we have met in the introductory story line. We are introduced to Charlie’s mother, and her co-worker/best friend Cindy.

ATONE is a story of betrayal and vengeance; dysfunctional relationships; drug addiction, survival and falling in love. The premise is heart breaking and dark; the romance is provocative and edgy; the characters are broken, animated and desperate. ATONE end on a cliff hanger-you have been warned.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date May 15, 2020.

There are two sides to every story.

I fell in love with a redheaded boy, a boy who was kind and good.

Until he wasn’t.

He broke my heart once, twice… I’ve lost count. Like a dark god, he haunts me. He smells like smoke and cinnamon, with danger seeping from every pore. He is my savior, my lover, exciting and addictive.

I should’ve seen it coming…

Never trust a Disciple. You have to sell your soul to the devil to get one to love you. I would.

I did.

My name is Dolores Dunghart and I might have done the unforgivable.

I don’t care if you judge me… I’ve judged myself.

But this is how we live.

And this is our love story.

Edge and Dolly forever

REVIEW: REPENT is the third instalment in Cassandra Robbin’s contemporary, adult THE DISCIPLES erotic, MC romance series focusing on the members of the Disciples MC. This is MC treasurer Edge Daniels, and Dolores ‘Dolly’ Dunghart’s storyline. REPENT can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Repent picks up immediately after the cliff-hanger of book two ATONE, and runs parallel to and crosses over with some of the events of book 1 and 2 (Lethal and Atone).

WARNING: REPENT contains strong language and text, and questionable consent that may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Dolly and Edge) following approximately twenty-five years in the life, REPENT follows the best friends to lovers relationship between Edge Daniels and Dolly Dunghart. Dolly and Edge are MC brats having grown up in the lifestyle with their fathers as original members but all was not well in either Dolly or Edge’s life, and our couple have struggled with emotional issues throughout most of their lives. Always dependent upon Edge to pick up the pieces of her broken life, Dolly’s jealousy and inability to trust stem from a home life where no one was faithful, and secrets and lies were a part of their daily routine but Dolly’s life will begin to spiral out of control, and Edge will pay the price for the woman he loves. What ensues is the back and forth, antagonistic relationship between Dolly and Edge, and the numerous fall-outs as their dysfunctional and life long co-dependant love struggles with issues of trust from years of disappointments and disillusions from family and friends.

Dolly and Edge have been one another’s rocks and friends for as long as they can remember but life in the MC is difficult and hard, and Dolly struggles with everything she knows, and the experiences at home but Edge is about to pay the price for protecting the woman he loves, and betrayal by his brothers builds a wall between our couple, a wall that may be too tall to overcome. Dolly and Edge’s $ex life is energetic, intense, and combative, and not without some questionable consent and furious passion.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, aggressive and dynamic secondary and supporting characters, most of whom we have met in previous story lines. We are introduced to Dolly’s friend Doug, and limo driver Robert.

REPENT is story of family and relationships; mistrust and miscommunication. The premise is dramatic and frenzied; the relationship is contentious and destructive; the characters are broken but struggling to heal.
