One night. One mistake. One chance to make it right.
He’s the hacker. The playboy. The one-night stand she should’ve forgotten.
She’s the librarian who can’t outrun her past.
Ranger has always kept things casual—no names, no strings. Until the woman he once took hard and fast in the back of a bar ends up half-dead in his care, wasted away from months inside the ring.
Marla wants nothing more than to hide. But when her best friend becomes the traffickers’ next target, she steps into the fight, and Ranger is right there, steady and unrelenting, even as guilt tears him apart.

REVIEW:RANGER is the fourth instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, MC romance series. This is hacker and MC member Ranger aka Miles, and Marla’s story line. RANGER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but I recommend reading the series in order as there is an ongoing premise throughout. Some of the events of RANGER cross over with, and run parallel to the events of book three GHOST.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told for dual first person perspectives ( Ranger and Marla) RANGER follows in the aftermath of the rescue of our story line heroine. Months earlier, Marla was rescued by the Iron Battalion MC, as a survivor of a human trafficking ring, a ring that was still in operation to this day but Marla’s recovery is long, as she struggles with nightmares and memories, and the loss of her best friend, missing and presumed in the hands of the ring. With the help of Ranger, a man she met the night she went missing, Marla sees slow progress in her recovery but continues to spiral when perceived threats are heightened by previous abuse.
The world building follows the mental and physical recovery of our story line heroine, as well as the search for the people responsible.
The relationship between Ranger and Marla begins as a rescue but Marla struggles in the wake of nightmares and PTSD. As Ranger begins a slow seduction of the woman that calls to his heart, Marla steps on the road to recovery in the hopes of finding what happened to her best friend. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and familiar secondary and supporting characters including most of the previous story line characters. We are introduced to Marlas friend Lizzie.
RANGER is a story of rescue and recovery, friendships and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is fast paced, captivating and edgy: the romance is fated and seductive; the characters are determined and desperate.

REVIEW:DOC is the fifth instalment in Savannah Rylan’s contemporary, adult IRON BATTALION MC erotic, dark, MC romance series. This is Dr. Daniel ‘Doc’ Lockhart, and US army soldier Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Packston’s story line. DOC should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up a few days after the events of book four RANGER.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Doc and Elizabeth) DOC picks up a few days after the search and rescue for our story line heroine who had been held prisoner and tortured by a human trafficking ring. Battling her need for independence while struggling to heal, Lizzie Packston needed time but found herself attracted to a man who knowledge and genius were but the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Doc was hoping to claim Elizabeth as his own but the Iron Battalion needed help, back up for what was to come, and with the help of Devil’s Legion MC, the Iron Battalion set a plan into motion to take down the ring, a ring that was always one step ahead.
The world building follows the rescue, recovery and healing of Elizabeth Packston, and the MC’s desperate search for the people responsible, as Doc bides his time waiting to claim our story line heroine. The arrival of the Devil’s Legion MC adds to the numbers, and the Iron Battalion’s ability to take down the people responsible.
The relationship between Doc and Lizzie is one of immediate attraction but Lizzie’s rescue came with numerous injuries that needed time to heal. Doc knew Lizzie was the woman to claim his heart but his need to avenge the woman with whom he would fall in love fell in line with the other members of the Iron Battalion MC. Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Packston was struggling. Her injuries were holding her back, and a desperate need to help, were always at the forefront of Lizzie’s mind. Falling for Doc was inevitable as Lizzie found herself pulled into the aura that was Daniel Lockhart. The 4ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the us of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of familiar, energetic and determined secondary and supporting characters including all of the previous story line couples, as well as chef Brutus and Annalise’s, and the introduction of King and the Devil’s Legion MC.
DOC is story of search and rescue, recovery and healing, power and control, friendships and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is dark, dramatic and edgy; the romance is seductive ; the characters are, once again, desperate, determined and charismatic. DOC ends on a bit of a cliff hanger-you have been warned.
